Is the mustang available?

Yes. As soon as I sell the car, the ad goes off of Facebook and a message goes up here. So if you are seeing this, and there is no message saying it is sold, there is a 99.99% chance it is not sold yet.

Why are you selling the Mustang?

Life priorities have changed since I purchased this car back in 2004. It was my dream car from High School. I planned on fixing it up and doing all kinds of things to make it great. I did things to it along the way, but never got it to the point for "show off". I have since married and have many other interests and priorities in life that take my time, money, and attention. This car would make a great project car and deserves someone that really loves Mustangs.

How does it drive and shift?

The car drives well. The transmission seems it might be in limp mode.

Is this a daily driver and would you drive it long distance?

Daily Driver: This car could be a daily driver, but honestly, the person interested in the care is wanting it to fix it up. I drive it to work and back, but since I have a second vehicle, I split the time between the vehicles.

Long Distance: I do not see why you could not drive the car long distance, but with the transmission issue, it would be really annoying because you can not go much above ~50 MPH and that will be pushing it.

Will you accept a trade?

No. I accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. If I was going to consider something things I am definitely not interested in are:

Small to Full-size Cars
Motorcycles
Fishing or Speed Boats
Commercial Vehicles
Trucks without 4 Doors

Is it Original or Modified?

The car is basically original except the muffler that has been replaced with a FlowMaster Exhaust kit. I have a replacement headliner that has never been installed, unfortunately I did not keep the original.

Is there any rust on the car?

There is minimal rust on the car. The worst of it is around where the spoiler is attached on the driver side. There several image in the gallery showing the rust spots.

Does the AC and Heat work?

The heat works great. Not so for the AC. I had the AC charged and the system as a whole works great. Apparently there is a super small micro hole somewhere and it will not hold a charge. Takes about a week for you to notice it is loosing its charge. I do not remember the term used, but the guy I was working with at the Auto Shop said it did not need a complete replacement.

Are there any fluid leaks?

None of the fluids leak. The only leak comes from when it rains. Water will enter through where the wiring harness for the hatchback goes in through the roof to tie into the electrical of the car. The screws holding the grommet tight are stripped and will not tighten down.

Does the sunroof leak?

The sunroof does not leak.

Is the title clean?

Title is clean and in my possession.

When can I see the car?

I can show the car any time Sunday through Thursday (preferably evenings) and Fridays before 5 PM. No showings on Sabbath.
